Called Kim about my outside outlet yesterday. He came over today! He fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. He was polite, efficient quick and kind. And he answers the phone. I could not expect better, faster or nicer service. Don't think I'll ever call anyone else with any electrical problems. Kim is the best.

Failed GFCI. CALED KV electric at 0830. They were only too willing to help. Electrician arrived at about 1030. Had the skill and parts to remedy the problem. Fixed a few other minor problems. Very personable. Very competent. Very efficient. No hesitation in recommending KV Electric ( Nelson BC) DW

They showed up on time, was very personable and professional and installed my new panel quicker then I thought they would. They did it for a good price and I was happy he took care of all the permits and inspections that were needed for my insurance. I will definately get them back again if I have any issues.

KV electrical has done a few projects for us (EV Plug, Sauna plug) and the service has been outstanding. Great at replying to emails / texts, very tidy, shows up when he says he is going to, and gets the job done. I would use KV again in a heartbeat.

We had a small electrical job that needed attention. He responded very quickly to our initial call and was able to squeeze us in between other jobs, which we really appreciated. Communication was great throughout. He clearly explained the work he was going to do before getting started and what he had done when finished. He was professional, reliable, and efficient. Recommend for any electrical work.
